Fingerprints are submitted to the South African Police on their standard fingerprint form. We can provide this fingerprint form if required as part of our service.

Delivery of Prints to the SA Fingerprint Bureau.
One of the major problems obtaining a SA Police Clearance Certificate is the SA Postal Service. We suggest you use a reliable courier service. This means they will be delivered in a timely fashion and can also be tracked to their destination. However, return of the PCC has also proven to be difficult.
We can, however, assist you in this regard as we have a SA Partner who will:
- Receive your couriered fingerprints at their office address
- Hand deliver them to the SAP Criminal Records Bureau in Pretoria
- Hand collect them when they have searched them and prepared a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
- Courier the PCC back to you.
Turnaround time is 6 – 8 weeks, or less.
